PRODUCT FYI

• Please note that our products are handmade in small batches.
• Our whipped butters can be used on hair, face and body.  Butters will melt in temperatures over 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Keep this in mind as we will not be liable for reimbursement if the products melt during shipment. If the butter melts, it will solidify when placed in a cooler space. While it will still be usable, note it may not return to its original whipped state.
• Sometimes you may find a small lump or two in your butter. It is just shea butter in its raw form. If you do, mash the lump and rub into your skin. 
• Our shea butter is sourced from Ghana and most of the products are used in their natural state. 
• Soaps may vary in color and design from batch to batch. All glitters and coloring are natural and food grade. They will not stain or stay.
• Some of our products will change as we continue to produce the best product for you.

• Allergies: Products can affect different skin types differently and even natural ingredients may cause sensitivities.  Every person is different, and we cannot guarantee you will not get a reaction or experience irritation. We encourage you to read the ingredient list prior to purchasing.  If you are allergic or sensitive to ANY ingredients, we use please do not purchase our products.  We are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding our products, but we cannot be held responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. 
• Pregnant, Nursing Women & Children: Our products contain many essential oils. Please be sure to check with your physician regarding any oils, extracts or supplements before using.

While our products smell good enough to eat, they are made for external usage only. Do not ingest or use on eyes. 

The statements made regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The efficacy of these products has not been confirmed by FDA-approved research. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. All information presented here is not meant as a substitute for or alternative to information from healthcare practitioners. Please consult your healthcare professional about potential interactions or other possible complications before using any product. The Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act requires this notice. 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & DELIVERIES

We want to keep our customers happy. 

We cannot be held liable for mis-delivered packages by the carrier. Please ensure that you enter the correct mailing address. We ask that you check your emails for delivery tracking.

ANY items with a broken seal cannot be returned. Refunds MAY be considered on a case-by-case basis.

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority and all pricing reflect their current shipping prices.
